Return Policy



Time Period: 
All items purchased online at are returnable if received within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items that are not returnable:

  • Products that have been used
  • Items not in a new condition
  • Items not shipped with original packaging
  • Manufacturer packaging used as shipping box
  • Items received beyond 30 day period
  • Gift certificates/store credits

Product Condition:

All returned product has to be in a new unused condition in its original packaging. The only exception is items that have been damaged in shipping.

Damaged in Shipping:

If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, sign for the package but make a note above your signature that the product has been "damaged" or "opened" and request that the delivery company inspect the package. If you found the damage after the package has been delivered please call 877.632.9253. You will need to keep the packaging until it can be inspected by the carrier. Do not return the merchandise yourself, we will process the claim for you and talk you through the process step by step.

If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us as soon as possible. Items that qualify for damaged shipping claims will be replaced or refunded as soon as possible. The decision to refund or replace is made at the discretion of our customer service department and is not guaranteed.

Manufacturer defect:

We honor all manufacturers warranties. Please review the manufacturers terms and conditions before attempting to return an item to Manufacturers warranties typically don't cover normal wear and tear, impact damage or damage from negligent use.

Full refunds will be given when the return follows all criteria as stated in our return policy.

Form of Refund
Refunds will be given in the form the item was originally purchased. 
If the original card is not available, the refund will be given as a store credit to the member account that purchased the item.
If the original purchase was made with a gift certificate, refund will be given in the form of store credit.
In the case that the original purchase was made with a combination of payment methods the refund will be distributed accordingly between those methods.
